With a Person-Centered and Integrative Approach, she offers safety, support, and enhancement to business owners and their teams.

Chisom is a seasoned support administrative who specializes in helping CEOs regain their time, reduce friction, and operate with clarity. She represents the standard Upholding You is known for dependable, resourceful, and outcomes-focused.
Upholding You was founded on the strength of a single working relationship between Erica Kesse, a CEO and leadership consultant, and Chisom, a highly skilled Nigerian administrative leader.
Erica experienced firsthand what every founder is looking for but rarely finds: a partner behind the scenes who’s reliable, proactive, and deeply committed to excellence. Chisom brought clarity, structure, and ease into Erica’s business allowing her to operate at a higher level without the daily overwhelm.
