What happens in the free 4-hour project?
You get 4 hours of complimentary work from an Upholder on one defined project, such as getting your inbox under control. It’s a low-risk way to see how they work and whether the fit is right before you spend anything.
How do I know if I’m ready to delegate?
If you’re the bottleneck on decisions, or you know you need help but don’t have time to set it up, you’re ready. You don’t need your processes figured out first, because we build that part with you.
Do I have to train my Upholder? No. We hand over the SOP.
No. Our Therapeutic COO works with you to create a standard operating procedure (SOP), which is handed to your Upholder, so you skip the training time.
What happens after the free project?
We’ll talk through what you’d like to tackle next and scope it with a clear price. Most clients start with paid projects, then move to ongoing Executive Partner support once the working relationship is proven.
Is support virtual?
Yes. Upholders work remotely with founders in the UK and US, using your existing tools and your time zone’s working hours.
